We believe being part of a community is more than location. Community means giving back and helping out when and how we can.
So we established the OverAchievers. That’s our employee-driven organization whose sole purpose is to find ways to reach out to our communities through fundraising, collection drives, volunteering, and more.

Our employees participated in the Neighborhood Alliance Christmas for Caring and Family Care Baskets program. With a combination of donated items and over $100 raised in cash, we filled 3 FULL Family Care Baskets!
Learn moreThe Genesis House Pajama Party fundraiser is among the OverAchievers' favorite annual events to sponsor and attend. Proceeds go directly to supporting life-saving domestic violence services in Lorain County.
Learn moreMax Carter played hockey for Elyria High School. He was 17 years old in December 2021 when he suffered a T-12 injury after a boarding during a tournament game. After surgery, he was left paralyzed from the waist down. OverAchievers organized a fundraiser for the Carter family. 2023 UPDATE: Read about Max competing in track & field for Midview High School!
Learn moreThrough the combined efforts of employees and members, OverAchievers collected $500 and donated three beds to needy children. We partnered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a nonprofit that delivers beds to families in need.
